Partslife is a German organization that focuses on promoting and implementing sustainable environmental practices like waste management.
Thomas Fischer, the Managing Director of AAMPACT, gave a speech in which he lauded Valeo’s product development and the sustainability of Canopy™ wiper blades.
Resulting in great amounts of CO2 savings, Fischer called on distributors and workshops to make active use of Canopy™, both in Germany and beyond.

Valeo supports a Road Safety NGO
Along with the Partslife Environmental Award, Valeo was given 2,500 euros in prize money. Valeo immediately donated this money to TEILEn e.V. — an NGO that specialises in road safety education for children.
Almost 30,000 children suffer road accidents in Germany every year, a statistic TEILEn e.V. wants to drastically change. And with their “Roter Ritter Mobil” — a traffic school on wheels — they aim to do just that.
Given to police authorities and traffic wardens to use on traffic safety days in day-care centres and schools, these traffic schools are already helping improve road safety in many regions across Germany.
